Wellness Wednesday Tip: Sneak It In
Find ways to sneak extra movement into your day. This type of movement doesn't need to be fast paced or totally exhausting. Just make an effort to move your body more than you normally do. For example, walk wherever you can. Take the stairs instead of taking the elevator or escalator. Or instead of working in a chair, try standing at your desk. You'll notice that just standing up to break up your periods of sitting down will boost your energy levels. Lastly, leave a one word note on your desk of "move." This will give you the reminder you need to keep moving throughout your day.
