Try mixing up your exercise routine. There are hundreds of muscles in the human body. If you use one set of muscles too much, they can become overdeveloped and tired, while the others remain neglected and weak. It is also important to try new things and challenge yourself from a mental standpoint. It is very easy to keep doing what is comfortable. But when we step outside of our comfort zone, we get stronger and become inspired in new ways. There are many ways to exercise and stay healthy--try something new next time!
