Wellness Wednesday Tip: Drink Water
Our bodies are more than half water. It is important to keep it hydrated! So skip the soda that is full of unnecessary additives and drink water instead. Try carrying a water bottle with you and take small sips throughout the day. For a little extra flavor, add a few slices of fruit, some mint leaves or cucumber. Symptoms of mild dehydration are thirst, fatigue and headache. When you're properly hydrated, these symptoms will fade and you'll a big change in how you feel.
