Wellness Wednesday Tip: Focus On Your Breath
Try taking a couple minutes our of your day to focus on your breath. This simple exercise can immediately make you feel more grounded and can curb anxiety.
As you inhale, feel your breath travel in through your nose, down through your chest and all the way down to your belly. Focus on what your breath feels like as you inhale. As you exhale, notice what the physical feelings are in your body. Take ten deep breaths without doing anything else and do your best to let go of any other thoughts and anxieties. Making this a daily practice will help you stay healthy and grounded!
