Wellness Wednesday Tip: Note Your Thanks
Our world get get extremely hectic and stressful. It is easy to get bogged down by all of the things that go seemingly "wrong." This can become habitual, and can lead to more stress and negativity. But it is important to practice being grateful every day. To do this, try keeping a journal beside your bed and reflect on the day's events. Identify 1-3 things you are thankful for before you go to sleep and write them down. When you wake up the next day, reread those things and do your best to carry them with you through your new day.
